KLT Media (Pty) Ltd is celebrating their 10th Anniversary, which commemorates 10 major milestones. Although a long and challenging journey, there is no doubt that these years were amazing and profitable. This is a huge milestone for the South Africa-based Web Services Agency, which has provided Web Services to Local Businesses since 2009.

KLT Media got it’s start in 2009 when founder Helena Zwarts’s entrepreneurial spirit was intrigue with computers and later the Internet as well. “I just felt compelled to search for a way to establish an online based business. After many trials and errors I at last find myself a space where I deliver web services to local clients and help them solve the issue of finding new leads and more sales. You may argue that it is not unique, I will say my relationship with my clients are unique. They know I’m there every step of the way with them in providing the best solution for their specific problem.”

One of the earliest challenges KLT Media faced was finding clients. To solve this problem I created a local town directory (in print) for various towns. To start cultivating that special business relationship of Know, Like and Trust (the acronym of my company KLT Media).

While every business of course faces challenges, some, like KLT Media (Pty) Ltd are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such victory came when against all odds these little directories in print were a huge hit with the local residents and businesses alike. I mean in this directory the business has 24/7/365 exposure to potential customers as literally everybody is using this little book. This technique is so powerful, I like to refer to it as the Little Black Book. From there the business evolved as I then expanded to new horizons – the Local Clients Internationally.
