Dockside Brewery Partners with Pink Boots Society to Empower Women

Milford, Connecticut Feb 11, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Dockside Brewery of Milford, Conn. has partnered with the CT chapter of the Pink Boots Society to empower and encourage professional women in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry.

Dockside and the Pink Boots Society will be collaborating on an exclusively brewed craft beer, to be released and tapped on Valentine's Day, Sunday, Feb. 14 at 1 p.m. With every pint sold of this exclusive beer, $1 will go towards the local Connecticut Pink Boots chapter and support the women brewing in the local community.

The Pink Boots Society is a national society dedicated to inspiring and supporting professional women in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers by raising money for educational scholarships.

Together, the brewery and Pink Boots Society are creating a dry-hopped wild ale, named "Queen of All Trades," to show how women in the brewing industry wear multiple hats. These professional women are beer drinkers, brewers, owners, mothers, educators, and more.

"Queen of All Trades" was created with the Pink Boots Hop Blend and Dockside's house blend of wild yeast. Lemongrass and Elderflowers add beautiful fruity flavors of lemon, vanilla, and pears with light floral notes.
